In 1930 sixteen of Delaware’s leading physicians and dentists founded The Academy of Medicine to encourage scientific research, education and professional excellence. Since then, the Academy has become the home of the largest clinical health collection in Delaware.
Representing academia, state and local government, and the medical, dental, and allied health care communities, the Academy promotes professional excellence and public health through education.
Seminars, Conferences, and Symposia—The Academy sponsors and operates lectures and seminars on topics of interest to physicians, dentists and allied health professionals.
