We offer two levels of service.

Level 1 Service is a free service. Our librarians will do a basic search of consumer-oriented databases, books and journals on the topic you are interested in. We will mail, fax or email one article and a list of relevant resources to you. We usually respond to your initial request within 24 hours. 

Level 2 Service, for a fee we will conduct an in depth search, and create a packet of information tailored to meet your needs. We will mail, fax or email our findings to you.

3) Information is sent from our consumer health collection of materials written for the layperson. Occassionally material written for the layperson is not available. In that case would you like technical medical information sent instead?
