The organization was formed in 2001 for families and patients dealing with depression. Their mission is to reduce the stigma concerning mental illness, in particular depression. Resources explaining symptoms, where to go for medical help, and a list of support groups are available to consumers. In addition, there are links to many other helpful sites.
